Haitus Kaiyote, the immensely popular band from down under performed in front of a sold out crowd at The Fillmore, Silver Spring recently. With influences ranging from jazz, R&B, soul, and hip hop their shows are known to thrill, and their set did not disappoint. A diverse crowd sang along to the popular hits “And We Go Gentle'' and “Red Room” from their 2021 release Mood Variant, with the band taking them back in time with tracks like “Molasses” and “Fingerprints' from 2015’s acclaimed LP, Choose Your Weapon.
The next stop for Hiatus Kaiyote is New Orleans, LA at the House of Blues. Mood Variant, their latest album is out now on all platforms.
